Sometimes we just don't feel ourselves - whether we feel rundown, out of sorts, unenergised or just not thinking straight. This session will realign your chakras by removing any pent up energies then energies them with light. You will walk away feeling reconnected to yourself and more focused. Kind of like an energetic tune-up.

Letting Go of the Past: [1.5 hrs, $100]
We all have things that occurred in the past that seem to stay with us for a long time. We think about what we could have done differently, we relive the events and feelings involved and we wonder what it would be like now if something different had occurred. Holding on to these experiences leaves no room for new things to enter our lives and it some situations it is keeping us stuck in an unhealthy situation. This session will help you identify what it is about this event that still has you stuck, give you the opportunity to cut ties with its hold on you and create a space for a new chapter to begin.

Post Op/ Pre Op: [60 min, $50; 30 min $25]
Pranic healing offers a process to prepare the body to surgery and help aid a faster more efficient recovery. These techniques enable us to strengthen the body so that it is prepared for the shock of surgery. Post op treatment will continue to aid you in strengthening the body and aiding in the healing process. Treatments for post-op may require a few sessions per week initially and will taper off. Packages will be devised depending on your requirements and purposed recovery time by your doctor.
